Hue is the Alumni Magazine for the Fashion Institute of Technology. The current issue is completely devoted to textiles, everything from first century Peruvian tunic to high tech fibers. Even better, the entire magazine is available for you to “flip” through on the web.
As for the Ghosts of Spring Cleaning Past, only the Squirrel Mittens will go back into the WIP basket. The Victoria Shawl will likely be ripped out (only a few inches in) and re-evaluate. The yarn will likely go back into stash.

So what keeps some projects off the Spring Cleaning Effort? If they’ve been on the needles/in process less than 6 months, they are completely within the realm of WIP!
All the ones that I intended to send out for processing have been sent and returned. I still have several that I had set aside for hand processing. Majority of these are not yet scoured. I need to use the warm weather to sort and scour them. I don’t have to process them, but I need to get them washed and sorted.
